Sarah Coleman is an award winning and international business consultant and coach with extensive commercial and management experience in both high growth and corporate environments.  Her extensive experience working in and with leadership teams has given her a deep appreciation of the complexity and challenges facing business leaders.  Her extensive ICT background and work across public services and the private sector enables her to bring a wealth of experience and expertise to her clients.

Her particular passion is in designing and implementing strategic change to support the high growth ambition of her clients.

Sarah holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and is Visiting Senior Fellow at Lincoln University (Organisational Strategy & Business Growth).  She holds a number of executive and non-executive director appointments in a range of sectors and is an invited speaker, occasional blogger, facilitator and guest lecturer.  Sarah is a Director at Business Evolution and at Leadership 5000.
