Louisa Moger
Louisa started her career in media, working for business press, and the Independent newspaper.
She joined her father’s printing business, Richard Edward Limited in 2002, redesigning the strategic direction of the company, and leading the change management and transformation programme that saw an ailing business restored to growth, profit, and enabled the desired exit of the business by the shareholders in 2011.
Louisa owns a consulting business, Evolve Consult which she began in 2005. She believes that
understanding strategy and the realities of implementation, particularly the quick, fast paced decisions required, is key to success in the future.
Louisa is particularly passionate about working with small to medium enterprises, given her first-hand experience of what it truly feels like to navigate an organisation successfully through the challenges and opportunities!
As a result, she joined Grant Thornton as a Growth Manager on the Growth Accelerator service, offering a blend of support services to help SME’s with capability for high growth, achieve their ambitions.
Louisa also works with WeConnect International, a not-for-profit global organisation, and delivers on the Goldman Sachs 10,000 small business programme.
Louisa graduated from Ashridge Business School in May 2011, and was listed in the Management Today/Sunday Times ’35 women under 35’.
She is mum to Aimee (5) and Heidi (2)
