Adrian Holdstock developed his business “Galilee Coaching and Mentoring” to enable people to make a success of their personal and professional lives. Having gained Diplomas in Life Coaching and Strategic Business Coaching he draws on his previous leadership and management experience to enable SMEs to grow and flourish. In 2010 he delivered a High Growth assignment where the client, Synergy Logistics Ltd, exceeded 20% annual growth, won two business awards from EMDA and continues to retained him to work with its MD and staff. In 2011 I delivered another High Growth assignment: my client survived cuts in public sector contracts and remained profitable as I enabled them to develop and implement new strategies for marketing, sales, customer service, production and staff. As well as being a registered and approved GrowthAccelerator coach, Adrian is vicar of St Mark’s, Peterborough, and a Director Consultant with Business Networking International.
